Each morning, Tidl asks how you feel and adapts the interface to your energy level. Less pressure on hard days, more detail on good ones.
How to do it
-
1
On opening, set your level: survival, focused or full energy.
-
2
In “survival” mode, the interface simplifies and suggests fewer tasks.
-
3
In “full energy” mode, you see more detail and can take on more.
-
4
Change your level any time during the day if how you feel shifts.
Tips
-
Be honest with yourself: the goal is to adapt to you, not to push you.
-
Your energy history helps you spot your rhythms over time.
Related settings
-
Turn energy mode on — adapt the interface to your energy level, or turn it off for a constant layout (Settings → My features).
Good to know
Energy mode never judges you. A “survival” day is a perfectly valid day.
