The Focus Timer helps you get started and stay focused, Pomodoro-style or in free mode.
How to do it
-
1
Go to the Focus tab, or start a session directly from a task.
-
2
Choose your mode: Pomodoro (25 min focus / 5 min break) or free mode (no limit).
-
3
Optional: pick an ambient sound (rain, café, brown noise, lo-fi…).
-
4
A 3-2-1 countdown gets you going. Stay focused until the session ends.
Tips
-
If you get interrupted, the session is saved: you can resume it later.
-
On Android, the timer keeps running in the background via a notification, lock screen included.
