Guided rituals, step by step

Routines are guided sequences for your morning, evening or free rituals. Tidl walks you through one step at a time, without overwhelming you with the whole list.

How to do it

  1. 1 Open the Routines tab and create a routine (morning, evening or free).
  2. 2 Add the steps one by one (e.g. drink a glass of water, get dressed, 5 min of stretching).
  3. 3 Give it a name, an icon, and choose the days it applies to.
  4. 4 Start the routine: Tidl guides you step by step to the end.

Tips

  • Start small: 3 steps are enough. You can expand it later.
  • A “free” routine can be placed on your timeline at any time you like.
